No internet access with Intel 7260 wifi card

Picked up an unbranded intel 7260 pcie card to be used in i7 6600u machine. Need help with getting internet access using the ac wifi 5Ghz band.
The specs says 867mbps ac wifi with bluetooth 4. But on first test, neither was detected by the system.

Safe Mode w/ Networking Won't Run Tech Tool Store
When I go into Safe Mode w/ Networking, I cannot get the Tech Tool Store to load anything. It tells me to run whatever tool I desire to run while in Safe Mode, but will not run anything. Is there way to become a trusted installer without taking ownership?

Want to do some modifications on my win 7 VM more conveniently. All internet tutorials that I google suggest me to take ownership from trusted installer. However, is there any ways/hack/trick to become a trusted installed so I wont have to take ownership? I tried to add user to that group but I couldnt find it and when I manually entered NT SERVICES\Trustedinstaller it did not accept that.

Secondary HDD no longer recognized in Windows (Primary SSD is fine)
Running a Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p SFF w/Win7 64-bit w/16GB RAM.
Using a Samsung HD105SI 1TB (1000.2 GB) drive for data only with no problems.
After a recent reboot it is no longer recognized by Windows but is now considered a 1863GB Intel Raid 0 Volume SCSI Disk Device (SATA).
What happened and what can I do to get the data back?
