Play Video_TS files from Media Center Videos

Hello, Is it possible to have either the Video section play Video_TS files or, to have the Movies section recognise sub-folders? Being a media Centre, I rip all of my dvd's in their original format to it [So, Audio_TS and Video_TS]; this is fine for most movies but when it comes to TV box-sets - in my case, Waking the Dead series 1-9 is 46 discs, I don't want my Movies section to be filled...
