Any good Audio cards capable of handling SACD quality

Hi there This is to any "Extreme Audiophiles" out there I'd like to be able to Stream SACD quality sound into a decent set of "Studio monitoring" speakers -- but find typical Audio cards on most computers --while adequate for most situations aren't up to the job for this type quality sound. Modern sound cards seem to be designed for Movies / home cinema systems etc -- great for this...
