Long time ago I read that corruption can occur when an OS is on 2 drives.
I have Windows 7 on both an HDD and an SSD and plan on selecting the boot drive at startup.

Re-install of win 7 problem with GPT error
I have been asked to re install win 7 onto a Dell inspiron 1545 laptop but there is a problem. This laptop has been formatted and has 3 primary and one unallocated partitions, using a win 7 installation disk and when at install stage it reports that "unable to install to disk because of GPT partition style.

Slow laptop made slower by Speedup Tool!!!

I am not in a position to get a new PC or laptop at the moment, and both are getting very slow at certain times of the day.
I do all the usual stuff, delete cookies and cache etc. But only tiny differences made. Yesterday I priced using an IT expert to do a full re-install of OS. (It was a nightmare on my previous machine, so no plans to do it myself again).

TEMP Profle being used
My friends system just went on vacation. Not sure, but I have a screenshot. I did a remote and what I see is like a standard profile so I dove in to the users and sure enough there are 2; his and one called TEMP. I have a inf file that I want to run on a dedicated laptop every time a USB is inserted into the computer. The inf runs a batch file. Move the installer disk info to the harddrive in Win7
I simply don't know how or if the installer disk programs (MSI for me) can be moved to the hard drive. This would be helpful for things like running the core open routine which I've only done once.

BSOD playing World of Warcraft
