Stop updates of Windows 7 malicious software removal tool
Is there a way of doing this? Updates of this item always fail, and I have found no viable solution. As I run a proprietary antivirus package I do not need the MSRT. Can it be uninstalled? If so, how? If not, is there a way of telling Windows 7 not to bother updating the MSRT? How might I find the MSRT in Windows Explorer so as to remove it? I am running Windows 7 Home Premium.

Can see networks but not wifi adapter
Hi,
I can see a few networks as possible connections but cannot connect to them with passwords. I cannot see any adapter in my device manager list (checked hidden). If my wifi card is gone, should I still be able to see available connections?

Internet stops working regularly; need to restart to fix it
For a little while now my computer has had a problem with the Internet where I can't get onto most sites after a while of the computer being on or me using the Internet. Specifically, sites like eBay and Facebook won't connect, but YouTube and Google search still work. Each time it happens I have to restart my computer, and then everything is back to normal for a while (usually a few hours).

Stuck on Dell logo, Failed Windows start-up
For the last two mornings, my computer has started up, loaded the Dell logo and then refuses to move on to load Windows. Both the F2 and F12 keys are frozen out. The only way I've been able to get past the problem is to pull the mains plug and restart the whole thing.

Are SystemImage el files safe to delete Win 7
I am using Win 7 X 64 Pro.
I regularly create full system Images and store on an external HDD.
Notice that in C:\Windows\Logs\Windowsbackup there are several SystemImage ETL Files. Can I delete them without comprimising any future Re-image from my ext backups?

Internal harddrive disconnects when copying small/large files
I have 4 internal hard drives connected to my computer (windows 7). I bought a new one to replace a smaller older model. The new model is 4 TO. The other 3 are 4 TO each as well. When copying files from one hard drive to the new one, it disconnects every time.
I tried to copy 1 gb and it still disconnected while I can copy 200gb+ without pb's on my other hard drives. It's the exact same...
