Streaming stops and starts

Question About External Drive & Recycle Bin Issue
*Hello All.
Recently I deleted a few files from an external drive however the laptop crashed (BSOD) before I was able to empty the recycle bin. Afterwards I was only able to login into Windows using the Admin account. I then noticed that the recycle bin was now empty.

Stop Codes During Install
Hey,
On a separate machine while trying to install a proven disk I get Stop Codes "0x0A", (10 characters) "0x80" (16 characters) and "0x02". (16 characters)
It happens while setup is collecting info just before "Installing Files" starts. Once it got to 2% installing files with DVD and once it got to 80% installing files using same setup files on a USB Flash Drive. I don't think the 80% was...

USB3 drivers missing in System Repair Disc
Greetings.
Created a System Repair Disc of a Skylake USB3 system using windows Backup and Restore function, but could not find the USB3 drivers in the boot.wim. Attempts to use DISM to inject the drivers into boot.wim failed as well.
1. How to create one that works in USB3 system?

Difficulty booting recently updated OS

I recently updated from Vista (Home) to Windows 7 (Ultimate) and I'm noticing a lot of problems with my PC, mainly with the booting. How do I make a dot file type recognized as a text file (e.g. .args)
Hi,
I know in windows 7 you can create files without names such as ".args" or ".gitignore". I have one of each of these.

Tons of Boot/Standby/Shutdown Performance Monitoring errors...help!
Something is up with my WIN 7 pro PC.
I have tons of critical errors in event viewer that include;
Boot/Standby/Shutdown Performance Monitoring errors and Desktop Window Managment Monitoring.
Also, I can't get my Airfoil app to run as it crashes. It ran just fine before so I suspect some kind conflict.
ANyhow, any tips on how to run a utility program that can fix all these errors?
