    How can i manually transfer a user profile from an old hard drive that wont boot into windows. I need the user profile to show up in the accounts area and have the same SID etc.... I have a wim image of the old hard drive and the hard drive it self. Old drive is un-bootable but is in good working order.

    this is so weird.... i went to restart my PC today and came back to seeing 2 accounts on the login screen. this computer has always been mine and i am the only user/admin of the machine. the "administrator" account is now the "real" admin, in the sense that you cannot delete it, and my account "chris", while also being an admin account, can be deleted. is there any way to fix this? ...
